TONING & FLEXIBILITY

Light weight and body weight exercises designed to tone up and strengthen those stubborn muscles in target areas. In addition, we conduct a hands-on stretching session to increase flexibility. This session will leave you looking and feeling great!

TEEN TRAINING

With young trainers and a fun environment we will get your teen motivated to work hard and get in great shape. Understanding from a young age the importance of working out and learning the correct form, will teach your teen valuable lessons that they will use the rest of their life.

BODY BUILDING & POWER LIFTING

ATHLETE & SPORTS TRAINING

Utilizing our team of expert trainers and former college and pro athletes we bring teams and athletes to the highest level possible. The focus is “Off Field Training,” using techniques such as “over speed training,” lateral resistance band work, dynamic leg exercises, and explosive upper body work, we help mold your children into top athletes. A significant amount of time is allotted to injury prevention since we believe that only healthy athletes can perform at their finest.

Based on the John Wooden “Pyramid of Success” (a model used by the top college programs in the country) we understand that building a foundation based on strength, speed, agility and injury prevention makes for a more explosive, stable, and durable athlete. Focusing energy on “making the play” simply is not enough. Working hard does not always mean you are doing the right thing. At G Fitness, you will discover the difference.

POWER BUILDING

Learn how to properly lift weights with our customized program designed for the demands of your sport. Our staff of former athletes and coaches will not only teach the proper form of the exercises but also instruct on the importance of knowing how much weight to use and how to incrementaly increase the weight.

INJURY PREVENTION

Having worked directly with physical therapists for over 10 years, G Fitness puts a large focus on the health of all of our athletes. We spend time during all of our workouts to strengthen the core, hamstrings, shoulders, lower back etc. Simply put, if you are hurt you can not play.

Through years of playing and working with athletes we have developed the techniques that set us apart from other programs. Being experienced in multiple sports enables our staff to see beyond the game and “making the play” and focus on the growth of complete athletes. To be successful, more is required of athletes than simply working hard in practice. The use of functional training techniques set forth by G Fitness, prepares athletes physically and mentally for the demands of High School sports and beyond. MEN'S GROUPS

This group is geared for adult men who want to lose weight, build muscle, build stamina and get in shape.

It's time for the “Man of the House” to get back in shape! Let's face it; the older we get the harder it is to get back in shape, right? Wrong! With the right motivation we can show you how getting back into “high school shape” is a realistic goal.

SEMI-PRIVATE GROUPS

Have a friend or 2 interested in working out with you? Contact us about setting up a private session for your group. With our Semi-Private groups you enjoy all the personal attention from the one-on-one training while working out with your friends!

SPORTS SPECIFIC TRAINING

Whatever your sport our expert trainers will customize a workout to teach you the physical and mental demands of the game.  Our knowledgable staff will take you every step of the way to become your best.  We assess the individual, analize the sport, and teach techniques for everyone from beginner to expert.  Our program is guaranteed to have your coaches asking, "How did you get so much faster this year!?"

WOMEN'S L.A.B.

Our “Legs, Abs, & Butts” program is guaranteed to shed pounds and inches around those hard to hit spots.
